I’ll have to admit at the outset that I’m not a big fan of Family Guy, and hadn’t even heard of the character Ollie before today. That’s my loss, I suppose. But I have it on good authority that he and the Jets’ Bart Scott may the the same person. Well, check out the video below, and you be the judge.

Personally I think he’s more Newy Scruggs. “Those people are smokin’ weed!”
